Good to have around nice and furry and soft and when they know you like them then you get a collection of them I only got 8 it takes a while for them to learn to get along-my cats and dogs like each other-no problem!

I have one and she makes my house stink, scratches my furniture, sometimes forgets to use the litter box. My dog doesnt do any of those things. I vote for dogs.

adorable pets that i love to cuddle and have sit on my lap. well my cat 'Jolie' loves sitting on peoples laps whenever she gets the chance so yea i love them like that, all luvvy duvvy and cute.

I'm not sure. My private lessons teacher has a cat, and he used to try to scratch me. Now he just stares at me like i'm an alien

They are great! My cat is 2 yo and he is more like a puppy than a cat. He follows me everywhere, cuddles me lots and gives me the 'puppy eyes' when I have to leave the house. Who could ask for a better companion? :-D

love them. They are most adorable, clean, affectionate creatures, that take care of themselves. You don't even have to walk them. Wonderful, loving animals.

I, myself, own two cats, a 25 pound orange Maine Coon named Cheddar and a small sleek, Domestic Shorthair names Bastet. Cheddar is the cuddly one of the two, but when you scold him or let him know he did something bad, he runs off and "pouts". Once I scolded him and he ran into the kitchen. Five minutes later I went into the kitchen and he was laying on the kitchen table, staring at the wall and swishing his tail in an angry manner. I called to him, but he just continued being mad. He cracks me up. Owning my other cat, Bastet, is like owning a little 3 year-old that's hyped up on sugar all the time. The cat has so much energy, and she's always leaping and bounding everywhere. My husband and I think that she thinks she's a minature panther. Of course, I have to have a dog in the house and we own a wolf-hybrid named Dreamer. Dreamer is really good with the cats, especially after Cheddar let her know that he is the king stuff of the house. Dreamer typically only wants to see the cats, unless we tell her to "Skit the kitty!" in which she will dart after them in a playful manner. A trick that comes in handy when discplining Cheddar

Love them. Independent, clean, don't need to be walked in the rain or freezing cold. And can be left alone for a few days, with plenty of food and water.
