OMG,I was just "talking" to my cat about this yesterday.I think dogs would be killed off the face of the planet and humans would become their slaves.They'd start eating everyone's house pets like rabbits and guinea pigs,and the like;maybe they'd have like a "one cat rules everyone" kinda thing.Who knows?

Sorry; I couldn't help it. Seriously, if cats ruled the world, dogs would be sent to a giant, gated prison colony on Mars. People who hurt or killed cats would get the death penalty, no trial. Cat food and any cat equipment would be free of sales tax. All workplaces would have mandatory nap time. And catnip would be illegal, but marijuana would be completely legal. Oh, and all water fountains would instead dispense milk.
