I am sorry to hear that, but that is what goes on in the animal world, and much worse. Most animals get ripped apart while alive, and even eaten while they are alive. At least your cat hasn't met that fate. With time you cat will heal and be wiser, than taking on a racoon, or will run away from dogs.

Allie, your cat needs to see a vet soon--Monday since most are closed except for ER vets in larger communities. If your parents are unwilling to seek medical attention this would be construed as animal cruelty and they could be prosecuted if anything bad should happen to this cat. You need to tell them this and if they don't believe you call the local animal shelter (SPCA/Humane Society) anonymously and ask them about the animal cruelty laws about denying necessary medical care for an injured pet. This is definitely one of the guidelines to take away a pet from your family because if mistreatment.

If your parents are unwilling to get medical help, I truly think you need to find someone who can adopt the kitty to help her or she could become quite ill or worse die. If she does die your parents will be in a world of trouble legally.

Take her to the nearest Petsmart. They have 7 day a week vet care. If there isn't one, look in the phone book for an animal ER.

P.S. You can't let a declawed cat live outside. If she makes it, she will have to live indoors with you or someone else. Your parents should know this.
