If it gets hungry enough it will come down. Or if you are worried you can always climb a ladder (CAREFULLY) to get it down. But don't worry to much most cats the go up eventually get cold and tired enough to come down.

this happened to mine when she was 4 months old. my brother climbed up and got her. it was hard cos as he neared her she kept going further up but he got her in the end.

I wouldnt worry about it.it will climb down on it's own. But if it's crying in the tree, it's scared and must be "talked" to help it get down. Keep calling it and it will feel a little braver climbing down the tree.
