Wheat germ for cats
Is there anything along these lines for cats? My Poppy tends to have rather loose stool. She's been checked numerous times, and there's nothing wrong. It took a while to find food that didn't give her nasty gas, so I'm hesitant to start changing that again. I'm currently using Purina One - a mixture of Weight Loss and Urinary Tract Health. I'd just like to find a supplement that can be given on a regular basis (daily, weekly, whatever) that will help solidify things, much like wheat germ does for humans.
Also, she is overweight but she's not overfed.

Yes, it is called cat wheat germ 01, buy it at any pet store.
Another natural recipe is PLAIN Libby's Pumpkin. Not the pumpkin pie mixture, which contains sugar.
Personally I have found that every cat food that said it was for something special like uninary tract heath or weight loss ect.
had horrible side effects on my cats. I finally decided to just stick with regular dry cat food with low dye and they are doing great.
Unless your Vet tells you to use these, I wouldn't even bother.
