where do you put the litter box.and where do your dogs go to the bathroom?
Answers:We have 4 cats, and live in a two bedroom apartment. We keep the 2 litter boxes in the storage room. We took the door off and hung a curtain for easy access. Works like a charm, and the litter boxes and the mess the cats can make is out of site.
As for dogs going.we are allowed to let a dog do its thing on the lawn, BUT you have to pick up the droppings and throw them away. Keeps the lawns nice for everyone.
Well I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and have 2 cats. I just put the litter box in the kitchen because it has a tile floor. Most everyone I know puts it there.
I am thinking about getting a cat. If we didnt have a toddler daughter, we would put the litter box in the bathroom. But we have to keep that door closed to keep our daughter out. So we have an area in our living room behind our love seat. its not up against a wall, there is just some dead space back there. So I'm thinking of getting one of those litterboxes with a cover and a little flap door, and sticking it back there to keep it out of sight, and hopefully discourage our daughter from getting into it.
My friend just moved into an apartment on Saturday. Her landlord said that she can throw her garbage behind the building and then a truck will pick it up.
For the pets, she said that they can take a poo out in her balcony or be trained to poo in the bathroom (This works!!)
believe it or not, some people get out of their house to WALK their dogs.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment and I used to keep the litter box under a sink in the bathroom (in a cabinet, I took the door off of one side). But then I needed to add a second litter box.so they are both now in a broom closet off of one of the bedrooms. The door stays cracked and the cats can get in and out. All the litter supplies are now kept in there, along with a plug in outside the door for any escaping odors. I use the new carbon litter from tidy cat and it works great for me, no odor at all.
I keep the litter box in, or next to the bathroom.
