I dont know but I am sooo glad to see a pet owner that realizes the dangers of a collar. They can so easily get caught on something and be left there to die.
I got my cat's collar at Pet Supplies Plus. I don't know where you live or if you have those. Just make sure the collar is a stretchy nylonish fabric or has an elastic band in it. Probably any pet store.
