Last month, i purchased some Advantage for my indoor cat. It got rid of just about all the fleas, but she still has some on her head. I am about to go this week and buy something else. I was wondering if Frontline is any better? She does scratch her head area, but she has no fleas elsewhere. Any help will be appreciated!

Frontline is so much better than adavantage.I was a vet tech before I left to have my baby and that is what always worked best on clients.

Why not put some of that stuff on her head, and maybe that will be the last of them.

I have 4 dogs that go in and out as well as 3 cats and I have used frontline for some time now and have not had any flea problems.

It could be allergies.

Dogs and cats have them too.

Mine did and it makes them itch.

This happend because when the cat gets medicated all the fleas run into the ears. I have a ferret when she had fleas I had to really pay attention to ears, she would dunk her own head into the bath.

Advantage. That is what I use for my cats. If definately takes care of the flees. Frontline, I have never really used. I do not think that it is any better than Advantage.

First off, get rid of all the fleas. Use Borax soap ( like comet powdered bleach) to sprink in your carpet(s). This kills fleas and remaing eggs in the carpet. After sprinkling on carpet, wisk with broom to get to the bottom of the carpet, then wait 2 hours and vacuum.

Then as far as your cat goes, Advantage is really good stuff, keep using it, your cat will be fine
