I don't know but a lady in our community was just cited for having over 600 animals in her house

it was unreal - the local humane society shut down the house pending condemnation and they have so many animals in their centre that they have to ship them out.

My neighbor. She likes adopting strays and had over 50 cats at one time. Completely decimated the wild bird and rabbit population in the area.

There's a canal down the road that has quite a few in it, most of them are in bags with pieces of concrete though!
