Hi there.whenever I see his questions I just report him for harrassment. Eventually, if all of us do this as well PetQnA.com will ban him from that user account and then he'll have to set up another new account to bug us again. PetQnA.com needs to implement a system to make people lose points for posting bad questions and let the answerers rate them to determine if they should have an account after so many negative ratings.something similar at least.
