Cats do not fear water, most just don't like it. I had a cat who would jump in the shower while the water was running. I also have an out door cat that likes to be outside when it rains.

because there small and the coldness of the water get right to them and somtime cause they dont like getting wet and cold or they just scared and frisky

some cats like it. My girlfriend works looking after cats part time so she would prob know but she is asleep so not sure.

not all of themare,my neighbours got 6 cats and they always sit by his garden pond,listening to the running water.otherwise i would have put a pond in my garden to keep them away and s**ting in my garden.

Cause they dont like the feeling of getting wet and it's cold. But not all cat's hate water , tigers ,lions, and my kitten loves water. It really depends on the cat really . Some house cat's love water . But it's rare.
