Why do cats sneeze
Why do cats sneeze2007-11-25 12:31:48
I have a ten week old kitten and he has been sneezing a lot lately. We can't figure out why he's been sneezing so much. Any suggestions?
Answers:Same reason people sneeze. Because, 1) we are sick, or because 2) something irritated our nose (pollen, dust, etc).
If a cat sneezes once in a great while, don't sweat it. However, if your cat is sneezing all the time like you say, that is usually VERY bad. Cats can get wicked upper respiratory infections that make them sneeze a lot. If you don't get it treated ASAP, your cat could get very sick or die. Take the poor thing to a vet!!
have you had him checked out by the vet , if not you should. it could be nothing serious, but its best to be safe.
because they need to
They sneeze the same reason we sneeze, to get something bad out of our bodies, same thing for coughing.
Your house is dusty.
WE GET COLDS, FLUS AND ALLERGIES. SO DO CATS. IF IN DOUBT, SEE A VET
Same reason humans sneeze, but I'm not sure why that is.
Simple. To expunge bacteria.
He is sick with a virus. This is incredibly common in kittens, and very dangerous, because they are so small and because they often stop eating when sick. A small kitten will not live long after he stops eating. You need to get him to a vet.
If there is a lot of polin outside i would think thats why.
you should try dusting, sweping or any thing that could clean a house. Or you could try takeing it to a vet to see if its a lerchict to anything.
