You might ask your vet if you can make some sort of payment arrangement. I hope it works.

Otherwise the poor kitty could die a horrible and miserable death, and you have to live in guilt for ages.

Neither of you deserve this sort of end.

for about $5 you can get a baby enema at the store it has to be mineral oil or anything natural no drugs in it it will work trust me i have a cat that i have to give one to at least every couple of months cause he has the same problem

if you cannot afford to get the kitten the veterinary care it needs then please rehome him to where they CAN afford to care for it. He must be in pain if he is blocked up inside. You have a moral duty to care for it or find someone who can.

After paying all that I'd just tell them your little kitten isnt pooing yet,they shouldnt charge you for that and tell them its worrying you.
