They are already mature.and are probably "mating" as we speak. Her very first heat cycle will produce inbred kittens. Females hit their first kitten heat at anywhere between 4 and 7 months. You need to get them fixed.now!

Oh yes! they will, cats are very fertile and when they come in heat they are ready to mate, no matter who it is! I have 2 cats who are brothers and sisters, Maxy and Bushy, they both came in heat at about the same time, and it happened, she had 5 little kittens all healthy. I wish it had not happened but because of life circumstances it did. The vet told me that when cats mate and the are family related they are usually fine. However you should prevent that to happen get him neutered now before she comes in heat.

I once had a brother and sister cat that did mate before I could get them fixed. All of the kittens died but one and I swear I think it had mental problems. It was not normal as far as behavior goes. I am not a vet but I do know that they will mate and the results at least in my case was not good. I would keep them apart or get her spayed asap. Good luck

Animals do not have any moral code that they live by..a lot of humans would mate with their own sibs if it were not for social and moral taboos.though there are stories of people in very rural areas who have done that..so in all of nature there will be the possibility of incest..and cats for sure.

Yes they will mate. You should get at least one of them fixed as soon as possible to prevent a pregnancy. One of my cats had kittens when she was 9 months old which means she got pregnant at about 7 months.

Yes the sister and the brother cats will mate,after the female goes into heat the male cat or cats will mate with her my advice would be to have both of the cats fixed and you will not have to worry about kittens..

You really need to get your cats fixed, there should be programs in your area to help with that. Just about all cities have some kind of program that helps to reduce the cost, and they can even do it in just a couple hours.
