To deal with her devil spurts keep a squirt bottle with water around. If she starts misbehaving squirt her. Just because she is a kitten doesn't give her the excuse to misbehave!
Well, she's still just a kitten and has a lot of energy and playfulness in her. Also, Siamese can have "in your face" personalities, so you can probably always expect her to be somewhat demanding and strong willed. They're also real talkers! Enjoy your kitty, Siamese are so fun and entertaining to have around and interact with!
Sounds like normal Siamese kitten behavior.She will settle down and geting her spayed will help also. Siamese cats are more active also. Enjoy her she sounds like a wonderfull kitten.
