What is your definition of a cat?

According to Yahoo Dictionary, a cat is a small carnivorous mammal (Felis catus or F. domesticus) domesticated since early times as a catcher of rats and mice and as a pet and existing in several distinctive breeds and varieties.

To me, a cat is a small, furry pet, that lives in my house, is adorable and cuddles on my bed at night.
