ok how many ppl like cats and have cats of thare own

i have a cat the now and i ust to have 2 other cats one died of hart problems and the other cat got kick ok my cats was out scratching on a tree out side my house and this man that satys along from me told me to get my cat moved becouse he wanted to go past with his greyhound so i said no go a diffrent way so he kickt my cat hard in the side and month later my cat died of puncherd lung and i phone the rspca and poice and thay did nothing what else can i do incace he dosit to my new cat

This is the best way to prevent your kitty from getting picked on by cruel people or injured by vicious stray animals too. Indoor cats live a longer healthier life and can be entertained easily if you provide them with lots of toys as well as love. The toys don't always have to be store bought.cats love paper grocery bags, cardboard boxes, rings from milk jugs, toilet paper cardboard rollers, hair scrunchies, just about anything you allow you imagination to consider. Indoor cats are also less likely to catch diseases from other wildlife who are carriers of rabies, hanta virus, feline diseases such as leukemia, herpes from other infected cats even if your kitty is vaccinated, etc.

As for proving this unkind person killed your cat you would need witnesses who were actually there at the time it happened. The law is based on substantiated facts rather than just hearsay (he said.she said). All the police or the RSPCA may do is be willing to take a report, which most will decline without any witnesses or evidence such as a photo/video when it actually happened.
