Mainly keep them warm and fed. A hot water bottle wrapped in a fuzzy cloth would help.

Poor little kittens

Do you have a vet there? I know its a dumb question, but I don't know.

If you do contact them as soon as possible, and tell them what happened, and they will give you a special formula designed for baby animals, and a baby feeding bottle. They will also tell you how to mix up the milk.

In the mean time, you could give them a little warm milk, with a little sugar added. Give in small doses using a dropper, you will also need to wipe their little bottoms with a warm damp cloth or tissue, to encourage them to use their bowels etc. But cows milk is not really ideal for them, but hopefully it Will tide them over until you can get some vet assistance.

Also make sure they are kept warm and out of drafts, use a box with old clothes in it.

Get a medicine dropper and use that to hand-feed the kittens fresh milk. If you can't get a hold of a medicine dropper, you can use Q-tips, dipp that in the milk and let the kitten suck the liquid from it. Feed kittens one at a time. You will know when they have had enough if they stop sucking. With some lick, you'll have to do this only for another week or so since they are 3 wks old already and will be trying to luck off soft food from a plate soon.
