An eye dropper is good or if you can find a doll bottle with a soft nipple on it, then feed your cat some baby formula with no iron in it. I did this with 4 kittens whose mother was killed by a dog and they ended up nice and strong. I fed it to them for about 4 months to make sure they were good and healthy, of course after they were about 4 weeks I was putting it in a bowl for them to lap up. Then I started giving them soft kitten food and progressed up to adult food.

Use an eye dropper to feed them & either use baby formula without Iron or canned goat's milk feed them every 2 hours or when they start crying. Also after feeding have a warm cottonball wet with just warm water to wipe their butts whe warmth stimulates them to go poop. Very important to remember because kittens can't poop on their own momma has to stimulate it. If you don't do that their bowels will back up.

Whatever you do, don't give them cows milk. You have to buy special kitten formula. When I found an abandoned kitten about the same age, I made her a little room in a dresser drawer with a heating pad and blankets. When they cry, it is time to feed them, and they are just like a real baby. You may have to get up every 2 hours (more often, since you have 2 babies) and microwave the formula in a little bottle. After they are 8 weeks old it is time to start weaning them to kitten food.
