The kittens will need to be bottle fed. I know that at the pet store here you can order formula that is specially formulated for kittens. You might be able to order it on-line with the bottle and have it overnighted. In the meantime, you will need to get food in the kittens so they don't start wasting. You should be able to get goat's milk, which I believe they will be able to digest a little. Warm it up and put it on your finger tips and drip it into their mouths. They will start licking it. You will probably have to do it every half hour at first. You'll need someone to help you through the night on it.

Feed them by bottles with cat milk. Not milk we drink because it will make them sick. Since your in Iraq and my mom co-worker went back to Iraq to visit her family and everything was gone. Or you could try feeding them cat food by softening it with water into like baby food and feed them that.

go to the vet or call them. they will tell you what to feed them. how to feed them and how often to feed them.

they also must have a stimulus to make them go pee and poop. to do this you must use a damp, warm cloth and gently rub the genital area until they go. the mother cat used her tongue.

they need to have plenty of fluids so they don't get dehydrated.
