1) Look for a low cost vet. They are typically associated with your local SPCA and you need to get it in today! Call them and explain your situation and ask where you can get help with your particular situation. There are groups all over the states that help owners in financial distress or whatever.

2)Find someone who can take care of her and offer her this necessity. Don't take your time finding a friend if this is going to take more than a day, you just need to get a rescue group to help you. Look on Petfinder.com for organizations in your area, and start calling them for help. They might have someone who can be an immediate foster.

You will feel horrible if you wake up and she is dead because she starved herself. This could be something inexpensive and I don't think you will be okay with letting her just die.

I just got a kitten on Monday. He's 12 weeks old. He wouldn't eat the first day (I gave him the same food the breeder was feeding him). The second day he gorged. The third day he had very bad diarrhea and wouldn't eat just had water. The fourth day, he ate a little bit, still had diarrhea. The fifth day, yesterday, he was very lethargic.

I took him to the vet and she recommended boiled chicked and white rice for two days. It needs to be boiled so that there's no fat. Also, don't give your kitten any of the skin at all, just the meat.

I made it for him and he started eating it immediately. Today though he's still 'resting' a bit, he's considerably happier and as far as I can tell, no longer has diarrhea.

Make sure he keeps drinking water.

**edit** Do NOT give your kitten cow's milk. Many cats are lactose intolerant and it could kill her. If you can find goat's milk you can try that.

They are NOT just going to automatically put your cat down.take her to a vet! Did you not take into consideration when you became a cat owner that your cat might get sick one day. Has she been vaccinated? If you cannot take your cat to the vet when it is sick than you should not be a pet owner.
