Maybe you could try putting an add in the paper, saying you're willing to give her away to a loving home? You'd get to meet the people and you could explain the situation to them. If you can find somebody with a good home willing to take on the responsibility, that would be great.

Of course, the baby is your priority. You may have to take her to the animal shelter in the end. They try to find a home before they destroy the animals, and they do it humanely. It's one of the most heart-breaking things you ever have to do, I know. But maybe it's for the best. If her health's not good.

I would definitely let some time pass. See if she recovers.

Anyway, as a cat lover, I'm really sorry to hear that.

Best of luck to you. Hope for the best.

Ouch! That is a tough one. I really feel for you. It is terrible that the vet won't let you pay in payments. I think you should consider switching vets. Maybe call around.

I think you should keep your kitten because like you said, you love your kitten. But at the same time I can see how it may pose as a problem, you having a baby. Now it will be two babies to take care of. But mothers that have twins can do it. Mothers that have triplets can do it too. So why not you? Be optimistic.

You can also put a picture and a description of the kitten in the paper. You might be surprise. Here where I live there was a cat in the paper that had serious health issues. The same day that it was put in the paper, it was adopted. You should give it a try if it becomes a bit too tough for you.
