it can be hard to tell. the females have 2 holes close together the vagina is more of a ) shape long and slender. the males 2 holes are farther apart and where his penis is has more of a round hole i just looked this up a couple of weeks ago myself i got a 3 week old kitten and they said it was a boy but i though it was a girl so we looked up diagrams on line and she is a girl even a vet will tell you sometimes it can be hard to tell but age doesn't matter
