hes a stray and very sick how can i catch him

put out food until hes safe and confident that you wont hurt him then hell allow you to pick him up

if your trying to help him, which i hope thats what u were intending to do, he's prolly really scared of people, set some food out and let him come to it and eat, dont try to pet him or anything while hes eating yet tho because he will prolly run off, it will take a couple days, just sit outside with him and let him come to u, he will soon know that u are the one feeding him and feel more comfortable. it took about 2 weeks to get a stray to come to me, i just sat outside with her even tho she wouldnt come to me and then from feeding her and such she finally came over, ive had her for about 3 years now, good luck. ask if u need any more help

try milk they like it better depending where the kitten is. if he's inside the house or out side.try and make it a regular routine.

I would use a canned cat food, tuna or mackeral to attract the kitten and then try to pick him up. Be sure to pick him up with a heavy bath towel to avoid being bitten or scratched because he will be very frightened to be in human hands. You should be able to get him without a trap and if you can't then the trap is the best way to go.
