Around here, it's because the people are ignorant and don't think about what they're doing. The people who abuse animals are trashy and don't know how to respect themselves, animals, or anything. It's the same people you see slapping their kids around in Wal-Mart.

Because They don't care and don't think that animals can be hurt physically and mentally, like every living creatures including human.

They should learn that what they do to those poor animals is unacceptable and very cruel. They should take a visit to those animal care center and realize what they have done.
