why do cats piss on your clothes even though her litter boxes are clean
Often this is because of a urinary tract infection.which makes it so incredibly painful for her to pee and she associates that severe pain with the litter boxes. I've had that happen before.you need to take her to the vet and have her urine tested for a UTI before you get angry with her. If she has a UTI, they can give her an antibiotic injection to start her off fast there, and then Clavamox or some other oral antibiotic for you to dose her with each day. If she doesn't have a UTI (and the only way you'll know is to have the vet test her urine), then the vet will be able to give you some ideas and suggestions. Sometimes switching to scoopable litter helps for a stubborn kitty.they may like that texture better.
Also make sure your litter boxes are in quiet, out-of-the way areas where she won't be bothered, and that they are large enough to accomodate her easily, and that they are NOT close to her food/water area.nobody wants to eat where they crap! Seriously!

If they are new, sometimes the cat wants to cover the smell.
If they are old the cat is upset it is pissing on your stuff for fun
