take a broomstick and when she starts to hike her butt out push her little tush back in. But use a broomstick cause she might get angry.

Maybe the litter box isn't clean enough for her. My cat would do that so we started immediately removing the feces and got a bigger litter box now he is fine.
Well May be you need to clean toe litter more often that is why she refuses to use it inside.
She's trying to piss you off.
Get one with a "lid" type thing on it, it looks like a little house. You can get them at walmart. We had to do this for my cat, he has some mental issues and would fall out of the box, so this has really helped!
Cats do this sometimes for several reasons. Some reasons are:
the litter box is dirty
she might want a new litter box
she might notice a change in the litter ( if there is any)
