Yes - IF your cat is one of the ones who react to catnip - but the reaction will not be as dramatic. Cats don't react to catnip plants as much as dried catnip, which is more concentrated and intense.

Cats tend to like plants in general.but I guess it won't affect them in the same way. It's good for their stomachs, though:)
