I have a cat, who has fleas, she's been treated.
I am treating the environment with the following :
zodiac indoor aerosol spray + chinchilla dust (diatomaceous earth).
How long before I break the flea life cycle? In Chicago Area, in October?
Answers:PLEASE DON'T USE ZODIAC! This product is poison and not at all safe. Go to your vet and get Advantage. I had a friend of mine's cats die because of Zodiac. You may pay more but it's safe for the cat.

the best way to kill flees is to call a pest control guy i used to work at a pest control company and there is a chemical that will work wonders and will last for months and its safe for all animals and it even smells like oranges the only trouble is you cant buy it at the store only a pest control guy can get it and its not very expensive its the way to go
