Can i give my pet dog cooked blood form other animals2007-11-25 2:59:37

I have a german spitz - pomeranian and her puppy. i once heard that horse's blood cooked is good for them, but i think it makes them wild. I also do not like canned foods so what fresh meal can i give her and her pup. She also eats cucumbers, garden eggs, it is good for them?

I get frozen pet minces from the local shop and I cook em up with rice and veggies and a bit of gravy for flavor they love it mixed with there dried food. it gives them variety and works out really cheep.. good luck

Do some research on raw diets or BARF(Bones and Raw Food). the health benefits to you dog will be amazing.

Cook some rice with a chicken stock 4 flavour add some mince and any veggies they eat.

You can allso do 1 time chicken next time mince.

They will love it and if u cook a massive pan full u can freeze half and then u don't havta cook it next time.

veggies are good for them as much as they are for us they even put it in tin food nowadays.

Not sure about the blood though i wouldn't give my dog's it.

They do say once they get they the taste it does make them want more and they can turn really aggressive but i don't know if it's true or not.
