Chihuahua HELPi just got my new chi and i dont know to to control him

Hi i just got my chi atleast 5 days ago.. im scared im not training him right, at first he used to pee on newspapers and then one day i leave him to go to work for 8 hours (5am-1:30pm) and now hes peeing everywhere, and pooing! also it doesnt seem like he repsects me, i put him on the bed once and now i heard you shouldnt until they are adults, so at ngiht i tried locking him in his crate and he wont stop whining and i dont know what to do, he wants to be with me 24/7, and he whines if im on the bed and hes on the floor.. any help, also how should i feed him? and how many times a day? he was born july 20th.. so around 3 months

It takes a lot of time and patience to train a new puppy - it won't happen overnight. He's really too young to be left alone for so long without training. If you have to leave him, I'd shut him in the bathroom with a doggy litter box, lined with Puppy Pads, along with some toys and his food and water. When you're home, take him outside about 5-10 minutes after he eats or drinks anything. When he 'goes', praise him like mad and give him lots of pets. Do NOT yell at him, hit him or shove his nose in it when he makes mistakes in the house. He doesn't have the brain to connect the crime with the punishment, and you'll be reinforcing his behaviour by giving him attention when he does it. He'll also learn to fear you in a bad way. If you catch him in the act, so to speak, make a loud noise by clapping your hands, saying NO firmly and loudly (but not yelling) and immediately take him outside. You have to do that every time.
