If you are one of those that likes those small, big-eared, cute, alert doggies, which one would you choose?

i have both, but my min pin keeps me on my toes!! hes such a clown my chihuahua is more laid back, i love them both, it just depends how much energy you have.good luck with your choice!!

Chihuahuas. Hands down (I have 2. Love them!). Miniature Pincher's are way to hyper for me. It would just drive me batty. Sorry Min Pin lovers. To each his own.

I prefer chihuahua麓s because I think they have sweeter natures, and are a little calmer.

well chihuahua are more of the female type dogs, very small, min pins are still very cute but have more of a bad look to them, my pic min pin

A chihuahua is very alert, but so are Pinschers so it's just what you want depending on other temperament qualities, and looks.

I would choose the a Miniature Dachshund but out of those two I would choose the Miniature Pincher.

Chihuahuas are my favorite as my name applies. I have owned and raised min pins too, but the Chihuahua is the winner in my book. The min pins are very loving, loyal dogs but are just a little too hyper for me. Whixhever one you choose will be a good choice.

B/c I am a sporting person (seadoo) my Min-pin won head over heals as a water dog.
