My boyfriend said he wants to get me a little dog for Christmas, and wants me to find one that I like. I'm really picky and can't find one that I really think is adorable. Any suggestions?

Poodles are the easiest. They hardly cause any allergies (innate in their breed), good dander control, and tends to shed little to none.

Poodles are also considered to be highly intelligent.

Also, same goes for Bichon Frise.

I personally have a Min-Pin (miniture pincher) and a chihuahua, and both shed like crazy (again, it's up to the breed).
