The first thing taught to you when you where young "dont go near a dog it may bite".? The scheme i have started observes and make others have second thoughts about trying anything on. all I need are dog handlers who walk in parks, feilds.wooded areas to just do what they normally do when walking theirs dogs then the walkers and families can join and think the person in front is one of our community and not the lesser. the name of the website will be posted shortly but intersted parties ANYWHERE it is a community scheme which is free and we all watch out for each other there are no commitees just the dog walkers and walkers. no badges.horn blowers just you and me so please lets get rid of the dog foulers which the minority cause,this scheme is just waiting for the website builder as we speak .bring the scheme to your areas as soon as possible

Good idea, I am a dog walker and very interested in this scheme. 'bout time some one did somethin' coz the wardens that are supposed to be around seem to be invisible.

I'm completely agree about this, since the majority of my country folks hate K-9.

Basically because their religion tought them to get away from dog, but i think because most of them don't really understand on their religion but they act like they did and then teach falsely to people to simply hate dog, stupid and shame of them. Then when they're young they hate dog so much that they always tease dog, even one that stay inside somebodies homeyard, then the dog get vengeance to them and bark or even chase them and the people will think that it's the dog's fault.. bla. bla. bla.
