Difference between Blue Buffalo and Canidae2007-11-25 3:00:35

I wanted to switch my dog to Canidae or Innova.

I know that petsmart, petco and the like don't carry it, but I thought maybe they might carry it online. No such luck, of course.

But what I did find is that if you type in Canidae or Innova into their search engine, blue buffalo comes up.

Either they think that the 3 types of dog food are very similar or it's their own brand of dog food that they're trying to peddle.

Anybody know the difference? The blue buffalo is about 5 dollars cheaper so if it's just as good I will try that first, but if not, Canidae it is.

She's on Purina One right now. Total crap food, although not as bad as say Ol' Roy.

I can't find a complete ingredient lists for blue buffalo, but it would certainly be a step up from the Purina, as would Purina Pro Plan (a pretty decent food)

the major difference I have found feeding Caniidae, over other premium kibbles, is the dental health of my oldsters..My 11 year old has sparkiling white teeth.that amazed the vet!

You can order the Canidae or Innova from them on this web site as well a several other super preimum dogs foods.

Good for you that you are looking to feed a much higher quality dog food to your pet.

You will like the differences you see. nicer coat and less shedding and smaller poops.
