Difference between a male and a female dog psychologically2007-11-25 3:00:35

What differnet traits and characteristics distinguish there genders. Are males more agressive as the rumor says so? Please give appropriate answers. Please give me examples too.

Answers:

Males are more aggressive, more testosterone driven (police use about 95% or more male dogs, same with the military). Females are more laid back and a lot sweeter but there is a reason they are called bitches or so the rumor goes. It is my experience that women get along better with dogs and men with bitches. I don't usually like dogs because we tend to clash with each other. I've never not gotten along with any of the bitches I've been around.

If you were to ask my mom the same question she would tell you that males are a lot sweeter and not as "bitchy" as bitches. And I watched this growing up. Males always did better with her than with me. And she always wondered at how well the bitches got along with me. So like I said, it depends on the person and their sex. This may not always hold true and there have been a couple of dogs I was able to bond with but never as deeply and as close as I get with my girls. I adore them and they me.

In my experience male dogs are more happy-go-lucky while females are more serious. Neither of the male dogs that I've had have every shown any type of aggresion. While some of my females have shown dog aggression. I currently live with two American Pitbulls mine the male and BF's female. I like mine becaus ehe always wants to play and he has a big smile taht says "I'm dumb but thats okay 'cuz I'm sexy". The female al;ways has that hurt "don't you love me why don't you love me"look in her eyes. No it's not neglect she's just needy.
