Do dogs really have a small animal the naked eye cannot see in their skin
I want to keep my pup inside the house at night. Some people tell me that's not good because dogs have some type of bad animal we cannot see on their skin. Is this true? I don't know much about animals, although, I love them to death. I am a very busy person. I'm now able to spend some time with my pet about 1 hr. a day which is not much but I could never have that luxury before. The dog is not alone there are other people in the household but I am the primary owner. The one who loves her the most. I just want the best for my pet and if having her own little custom home outside is the best for her than that's what I'll have to do.

Answers:just so you know, humans also have things that live on their skin that the naked eye cannot see.it's called bacteria. have you ever seen a picture of one.scary!!
as for your dog, if it has to live outside, then please don't get one.
if it can live inside then use Frontline for fleas and ticks. Bathe it occasionally with a gentle dog shampoo.
take it to the vet for its vaccinations and a check up on its health.
you should have no problem.
Do they mean fleas or maybe mites? Fleas can be treated very effectively with a product your vet can give you. Mites do not occur on every single dog, and are also treatable. As long as you keep your pup clean and have her innoculated you'll be fine.
There are several parasites that cause skin disorders in dogs mainly mites or scabies which cause sarcoptic mange. Medicated shampoos are available that will cure this. When people have the same affliction it is called scabies. My dogs have always lived inside and outside.I have a kennel that will hold them for any extended time im not home. Just remember a lot of hair is left even by short haired dogs like the coonhounds I have had , so a long haired dog leaves a very large amount of hair, especially where they sleep.
