I think I herd that once. If so, what is better lemon juice or lemon oil?

I found this:

Cut a lemon into quarters and place in a pint jug. Cover the lemon with boiling water and let it steep overnight.

Next day you have a flea repellent that you can use in a spray bottle. Spray over your dog remembering especially behind the ears and around the head generally (careful of eyes), around the base of the tail (once again keep away from delicate bits) and under your dog鈥檚 and armpits.

I bought a bug spray for my pup and one of the main ingredients is lemongrass oil. Not sure about regular lemon juice or lemon oil, but the lemongrass oil is effective on mosquitoes and fleas.

They don't like citrus. My dogs flea repellent stuff smelled of citrus.

Well they hate cirtus because the smell is to strong. So i suggest u to use lemon oil.

frontline cost 25 to 40, online, for a 3 month supply.. call your vet or there is a place called K-9, that might carry it.. it's a dog supply store..frontline is suppose 2 be the best stuff out there 4 fleas.. couple drops between the shoulder blades, does the trick ; )
