If the dog isn't going to be shown, it's probably just as easy to have him fixed at the same time.
The dog should be checked out by a vet, needs xrayed to tell.
If the he has not dropped both after being a year old. The undropped testy could became a real big problem, even cancerous.
How old is the dog? Is he still a young puppy. less then 4-5 months? If so you need to get a vet check. He may have a congenital deformity or maybe both his little "do-da's" didnt drop :)
