yep, I do
we have a mini long haired dachsund - black and tan. "Manny" he's too cute.. 6 months old and smart as a whip. loves to sleep on his back, play fetch and sits in the kitchen with us while we are cooking. He makes us laugh, smile and giggle a LOT!
also: have three grandpuppies - 2 pugs ("Beau" & "Zoe") and 1 chestnut colored, shorthaired Dachsund ("Laney Grace"). loads of fun and lots of love!!

You know what is really funny? My dad got our dog a little over a year ago . . we really were not happy about it because all of us kids are grown and almost out of college, and both parents work so she never had anyone really to take care of her. Well I took it upon myself to spoil my dog by buying her treats and taking her for long truck rides, she loves this it causes her to go nuts when I jiggle the keys. All you say is "ride" and she becomes animated and if she does not get her ride she will pout. Anyway I have done everything for her, yet she does not like to be loved on. So when I want to love on her she pushes away. The only one she really lets love on her is my dad, is something wrong with this picture? It is really quite humorus though, I wouldn't trade her for the world. So yes I appreicate my dog a whole lot even though she is a brat sometimes.
