Does any one have this breed of dog

A real Gentle Giant.

Very sweet temprament, gentle, playful, he was very good with my ex's little neice and nephew who were only 5 at the time...

However- his curious nature did get him in trouble on more than one occasion, and though he was a very nice dog and loved his family- he took off more than once when he got loose. He was also extremely stubborn when he wanted to be.

Keep in mind too, this dog is very protective by nature- especially of his family. My great Aunt had a G Pyr who attacked a dog that wandered onto her property when her grandkids were outside playing. He was only protecting the kids, but that's what this breed does naturally- they're wary of strangers and strange animals.

But I like the breed personally.
