No female owner whom you want puppies from, will consider your boy without eye, heart, hip screen test and brucellosis test. The OFA hip can't be done before age 2. After that: then you all you have to do is worry about outdoing the show champian & obedince titled males for the ladies hand (most of them will want the traditional ONE puppy or price there of)

Please don't breed your dog. Breeding requires expensive testing to ensure no genetic defects are being passed on from either parent, and if you are not a professional breeder, you end up not even making any money. I run a dog rescue, so forgive me if I am being critical, but I have had to find loving homes for mistreated and abused animals that come from backyard breeders who breed on a whim. Many of them have severe genetic defects that cause pain and trauma only because the breeder thought the testing to be too expensive and not necessary because their dog seemed healthy, but even healthy dogs can pass on defective genes. Educate yourself thouroghly on breeding and check stats on how many will end up in a shelter, and see if you still want to breed your dog.

Volunteer with your local Boxer or Bully Breed rescue before you consider breeding.

I'm sure you have not done ANY of the proper health and genetic testing on your dog. Check you local and national breed club for what tests you should get. Or you could be responsible for bringing unhealthy dogs into the world. And you could also get sued if your dog's offspring end up with health problems.

The term is Brindle, not tiger stiped. And at 1.5 yrs. old your male may not be showing the health issues he may have later.

Thus the testing is crucial.
