also search the web for teacup apparel stores- there are some that just specialize in the smaller dogs. I have a shih tzu who is 15lbs so it doesn't work for me. Goodluck

the second has alot of stuff for the popular breeds, I.E little dogs.
You shouldn't take a dog that small in water. Chis have problems regulating their body heat anyway. You don't want him to die from hypothermia.
