5 weeks is much too young to be away from the dam and the litter. Return it and pick it up when it's at least 8 weeks.

Puppies taken too young are very hard to train not to bite and can have other socialization issues..

And the breed name is Shar Pei x Lab? Golden? Retriever covers a lot of breeds.
