What Should I Name My Papillion2007-11-25 2:53:36

I just got a papillion. It is a female, and it is black and white. Ive had her for a day and Iv been thinking of Juli (With a french accent on the j) it means cute/pretty/beautiful. I like it meanning but Im not sure I like the name. Any ideas? Any names good, but I prefer it be french. but wutevr u can think of is good. =-)

That sounds like a lovely name!

I would suggest that you name her Margie, Millie, or Lilly if you aren't real confident on Juli.

If you can't really pick ONE name, then I would suggest that you give her a middle name as well, or even to names. When I had my puppy I would call her Sophie Marie when she got in trouble, not saying that your little pup is a trouble maker.

My cat named her cat Jolee which means beautiful in french...i love that name especially for a pappion (say it kinda w/ a little french accent)

what about butterfly? papillion means butterfly in french! and they are a very french breed. stay true to her breed!
