I assume you mean distemper vaccination DHLP-PV-C - a six in one shot combo for dogs - this has nothing to do w/their temperment. It is against viruses transferred between canines. Which includes both upper respiratory and digestive symptoms.

You mean distemper shot? It's a vaccination to make sure your dog doesn't get distemper..
