My neighbor is always treating me and bad mouthing me ,because our dog ( pekenez) barks,no other neighbor finds this annoying , and I do my best to make him stop. what are the rules?
Answers:They find it annoying they just don't want the dog to be taken and in the shelter and possible euthanized because you have no respect.
