It looks familiar, but I won't state my guess without more information.

I think it's a mix and I have some ideas, but need to know more first as some dogs look alike as pups but are quite different.

Depending on it's size, I'd say a Golden Retriever mix, possibly with poodle. Whatever it is, it is a total cutie.
