Try tossing some firecrackers over the fence near where the dog is...when they go off he will be so scared he'll forget all about his old habit. A few times of this when he starts barking should do it.

and if you have enough guts, actually go to the neighbours house and ring on the doorbell in the middle of the night when the dogs are barking, and tell the neighbour to shut them up!

Call the regular phone number to your police department and ask for an officer to be dispatched to the owner of the dog's house. Tell the person that you cannot sleep because their dog is barking all night, and you want the owner to shut the dog up. Don't talk to your neighbor about it unless you are on friendly terms. I got cussed out by ours when I went to their house one morning after being kept awake all night long. She came at me like she was going to hit me.

Suggest a muzzle??? IDK... maybe earmuffs... if they leave it outside leave a treat right out of reach right b4 u go to bed and that will occupy it... maybe just play a CD with ocean tides or sumthing lol idk

If u are too tired of them call the cops but if u wanna be a nice neighbour go to the dog owners and request the to kindly do something of the dogs because kindness can buy u love!!!!
