unless he has an allergy he would probably enjoy it intensely and want more - feed my siberians tuna once a month as a treat - their breath really smells afterwards but thats about the extent of harm. to me anyways:)

It would give it fish breath but would be fine unless it's allergic to tuna.
Just make sure it is not too much. It is way too fatty for them as a regular diet. It also is much higher in sodium which is not so good either.
I would say fresh tuna is definitely better than canned.
As a treat occasionally but stick with regular dog food if at all possible
